- From the 5 November FAB, all stallholders will be required to wear masks
- The Lions Club reserves the right to cancel the Market, due to inclement weather or conditions at the Lions Park
- It is each stallholder’s responsibility to have their own public risk and product liability insurance
- The Lions Club will not be held responsible for the loss or damage to stallholders’ property at the Park
- Access to the site will be available from 3.00pm, with set up to be completed by 5.00pm (opening time)
- If a site is not occupied by 4.00pm, it may be re-allocated to another stallholder
- Vehicles in excess of 2 tonnes will not be permitted onto the Park
- Stallholders requiring vehicular access onto the Park will need prior approval from the FAB Co-ordinator
- All sites should be cleared by 8.00pm.
- For safety reasons, there can be no vehicle movement during the trading hours of 5.00pm to 7.00pm
- Stallholders must bring all the equipment they need, such as canopies, tables, seats etc. The use of generators must be cleared by the FAB Co-ordinator (power is only available on the Park in exceptional circumstances)
- If a stallholder is unable to attend two consecutive Markets, they may be placed on a waiting list
- Contactless card payment, rather than cash payment, is preferred
- Stallholders are requested to provide hand sanitiser and respect social distancing rules at all times
