Ian started life as an agriculture teacher, but realised the enormous benefits to our health and our environment that bees represent. Situated near the coastal town of Bawley Point, Ian produces superb honey and wax products in a truly local operation. (He sometimes adds mulberries and seasonal fruit to his mix of products available at FAB).
